How to Make a Claim
Our claim process is simple and hassle-free. If you believe mold has returned in an area we treated, here's what to do:
We schedule a re-inspection within 48 hours
Our team will arrange a follow-up visit to assess the situation and confirm whether the mold has returned in the treated area.
If mold has returned in the treated area, we re-treat at no charge
If our inspection confirms recurrence within the guarantee terms, we'll re-treat the area at no additional cost to you.
